The CWMT Wellbeing Challenge is a free interactive challenge that is usually sent out to schools but has been adapted for parents to do at home with their children in the current circumstances. The idea is to encourage young people to think positively about their mental health; it’s based around the ‘Five Ways to Mental Wellbeing’:
Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give.
They are running the challenge for two weeks (Monday 4th May - Sunday 17th) and you could be in with the chance of winning a fabulous prize from Sharky and George.
The main aim is to complete at least one wellbeing activity for each of the five ways during this two-week period, and document it by sending us a photo of the activity in progress. They have created two packs - one for primary aged children and one for secondary/sixth form age.
If you would like to sign up to receive your free pack, please complete their short form.
Please note that pack will be emailed out on Thursday 30 April.
