Our first local visit of the School Year was to Harold Wood Library. We met an Educational Library Officer who showed us how a Library is organised and how it should be used by the public. We listened to some wonderful stories and were allowed to browse the shelves for books we might enjoy. We had a wonderful time and it was an absolute joy to see the children so engaged in reading for pleasure. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank Havering Library Services for inviting us and giving us this opportunity for free!
